  The location was excellent. the front desk starting with Christian, he always explianed how to get to our destination and he even wrote directions and marked on the map. i needed an extra room and he was always accomodating. Joshua, he was always nice with my parents especially speaking spanish to them as they were senior citizens, I was picking on... mitä ihmiset sanovat » him calling him Jacobs and still never complained. Thomas, he was also able to take care of my parents and he never hesitated to make our stay memora - We enjoyed our stay ,Staff was friendly & very accomodating,Bed was extremely comfortable ..& there were no surprises..The room was exactly what it said.. yes it was small ,but we were aware of that when we booked..For a room in this area we definately got what we needed at a resonable price...we had a great trip..& we would stay there again....

  Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. - The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was a deli right next door and a liquor store on the other side. There were also a large grocery store and diner (good ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » food and reasonable prices) nearby. The hotel is two blocks from Port Authority . It is a great location. I felt the area was safe.
