  Loved the old historic building and location. Everyone was very nice.. I was a bit disappointed that internet access for my own device was an extra charge when it was no extra charge at all the other hotels we stayed at along our trip. Seemed like maybe the were hurting for business but they weren'T. Lots of people there. - I liked the fact that it is an old hotel, which has a lot of class. I have been there before and with a city the size of LA, I feel comfortable with the location. I requested the highest floor possible and the quietest area and my requests were honored.

  Staff is amazing, both in the front desk, services and lounge. Once you go in, you are handled in the best way possible, so you can focus on what matters most. - Close to Staples where my teenagers attended an event. Club Lounge was wonderful.
