  The friendliness of the staff. The facilities were quite good. There were two pools and hottubs plus an outside restaurant and bar.   From the moment Caroline welcomed us, we experienced the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of the inn. Our room had a beautiful view and was perfect in every aspect (including the wine fridge). The Edgewater is close to town yet far enough away from the hustle and crowds. I highly recommend the Edgewater Inn - we will definitely return!! - The host was very welcoming and helpful - I arrived late in need of an iron and ironing board.   The front desk lady was amazing. When I made my reservation the system timed out so I didn't receive a confirmation I immediately called the Lodge and this lady took my information and pre-booked me another room just in case the reservation didn't go through.   Extremely hepful and friendly staff. I was able to borrow a bike and therefre was able to see more of the beautiful area than on foot or even by car. - Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel location was idyllic and the facilities superb. It is the coolest place.

  This is a very nice place to stay. The resort like most in the area is older and doesn't have the same accomodations as the new hotels but that is not why we wanted to stay here. The staff was friendly and the food was good.
