Friendlyness and helpfullness of personel and short distance to airport. Large, clean room with excellent facilities. Used the fridge, wirelessinternet and the airport shuttle.Evening Manager was very helpful in obtaining our boarding passes for next morning early flight out of LAX. a lot of room and equipments. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel desk staff were friendly and helpful. Also, the shuttle service was good. The breakfast, though basic, was better than those offered by most motels.Secured entry, available laundry and internet. Close proximity to the airport.Big and clean room, nice staff. Welcoming staff.Size of room was good. free transfer to airport. The Cuban restaurant across the road. No instructions how to use the coffee maker. Ours did not work properly and only half the water went through to the jug.I borrowed an electric iron and it must have been the most useless iron I have ever used. The air conditioning in the room was off when we got there...veryuncomfortable for a while!. I wasn't really satisfied with the breakfast options, and wished thatthere was more of a variety. Breakfast room but ok compared to the rate paid.Room was not very clean. outside of hotle looks very dismal, we had to leave at 5.30am for airport no breakfast that early, surley the person on reception could pop some coffee on? staff not very knowledgeable about area. Breakfast food was not fresh - especially the bagels. traffic nearby. we were waiting at the airport for the taxi for so long, we had to pay for a taxi to go back to the airport, we had not a child car seat for our baby,.
