  Rooms so comfortable, staff - oh so helpful and wonderful - very accomodating. They were always looking for ways to assist you. I was overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the airport. Oh you made my trip all so worthwhile.
