  The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four - The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going.

  Vintage feel. Well maintained. Super friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. The rugs in the elevators changed everyday to tell you what day it is (good when you're on vacation!).   This was our second visit. It felt like we wee coming home. I loved the decor of the rooms so much I have used as the inspiration for my new home in Colorado. It is very luxurious without being stuffy. The staff is amazing. We especially love the complimentary happy hour.
