staff were very friendly and it was in the best location of Boston. Overall it was an excellent choice - value for the money I paid. The food, room service staff, the bed, the ambiance.location. The interior of the hotel. That was about it.At my surprise, opon checking out they charged the normal rate, which was twice more expensive than the Booking.com price. Then I had to show the Booking.com e-mail to bring the price back to the one at which the booking was made. It was a cumbersome process. The hotel staff told me that this kind of problem often took place with the Booking .com.
