The check in and check out staff. Attention to my needs. Perfect customer service. Beautiful room and windows to watch the lovely welcomed rain!! Would stay over and over!. Comfort and cleanliness. The location was good for by business in Austin. Access to the COTA Track Also close to Congress St And 6th St. District. Friendly staff, easy check in & out, clean yet smoke-friendly rooms.

Clean and staff were helpful. convenience off the highway. The Place Was A Block From Our Destination. Easy To Get In And Out Of ParkingLot. The Beds Were Comfortable. The Staff Was Friendly And Helpful. Really close to downtown n freeway. Room decor was nice. Staff were helpful. The staffnew was curtious, however incompetant. I just needed a place to sleep, so I booked the hotel. They lost my reservation and ended up charging me more than the room I booked and there was only one bed in the room. It took them about an hour to get us in the new room because they were overbooked. Close to Hwy and easy access to ih35. staff nice and helpful. Friendly staff. The staff was very friendly. Location. That I didn't have more time!. Parking lot was a bit busy on the E Side. Park around front. Property is a little old but well kept. noise level from traffic but that comes with the location. There Were Problems With The Cards To Get Into The Room. But the carpets where really dirty. Breakfast was done by 9. I didn't get to eat. Room was only serviced on Saturday after prompting. Room was not serviced at all on Sunday. Not 100% comfortable with security. Would have been easy for someone to access the room from outside. I did not like much. They did not have the reservation I made, so we got a room with less beds than the reservation, and it took them a long time to get us in our new room. This is not the fault of the staff; the hotel is badly run. The internet was weak and the hotel was noisy as well. Carpet stained and bathtub dirty. No working deadbolt. Called office and deadbolt replaced next day. Wall thin and very noisy. Will not stay there again. the towels were very thin, coarse and cheap. No wash cloths. dirty looking bath, heater did not work; was given a room for smokers that stunk horribly. walls thin; could hear neighbors. Overall poor facilities. Stuck in smoking room, very run down facilities. My room was filled with hair, short hairs In The restroom, long hairs in the sink and tub, and worst of all hair in my bed! There was also trash and food in my trash pail which makes me think they don't even clean the rooms. I was sold something under false pretense. What was online was nothing in person. I was very disappointed with letsbookhotel.com due to the fact they sold me someting that I didn't receive. Dirty, old!!. Smelled like smoke Hair in shower Slow wifi Bad location (hard to get out of parking lot).
