  Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. The Breakfast Cook To Order Crew were impressive with their team work, in the way they speedily moved the rather long line for omlettes!   The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well.
