checked me in was great. I wish I could remember her name. I wrote it
down and then lost it. I wish I could present her name. I had a
wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the hotel is for

The helpfulness of the front desk staff, Sean, and his supervisor, Willy. The entire front desk staff was very helpful and informative. My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service. I also appreciate the cleanest of the room as well as how decorative it was.
