  John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming.   We were a family of 5; 3 adults and 2 children. The room was large enough to afford us comfort. The water in the lobby was a nice touch. the breakfast and staff was excellent.
