Good value for money, this motel was a three night base while we explored Disney land so we didn't want to spend a lot of money as we were not going to be there for a lot of the time. As it turned out, the Disney parks were very close so this was in a good location. Also there are lots of facilities nearby like shopping malls, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Pool and Spa were a bonus and although small, we were the only people in there most of the time. An initial problem with a room was swiftly.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff. They were friendly and helpful. They gave us a room suitable for us as my husband has mobility disabilities; the bath had handle bars. They were also flexible over a booking error that I had made and helped sort out the mistake swiftly and pleasantly. Room was clean and the promised free wifi worked without problems. Like the location - close but not too close to Disneyland. Staff members were super friendly even though it was super hot. The first lady even remembered I went to Disneyland. I liked that she remembered. It made me feel special. Carpet may need some shampoo though in some parts.But most of it was clean. I might return for excellent prices and a very large room. You cannot beat it! Its the size of a $150 room. Excellent ubication if you go to disneylland, very very near! its modest but nice, clean, secure, and the personal very kind! A lot of restaurants near, and you can order pizzas and many kind of food of the nearest restaurants to your room, ( it´s really good when youre back to the hotel after all day in disneyland). Quite easy to catch the ART bus to Disneyland, but it gets crowded and doenst come very often. The staff gave us a tip that you can also catch the 43 local bus and it drops you at the gates, which was great for only $2 adult and comes every 20 mins. Resturants close by. Only one way in and out. No strange people coming and going. Easy to get on the city buses. Went right the beach, about an hour trip. Lots of good stuff on their TV, not like some other places. Very good internet. Easy to get on, fast and did not drop out. It was in close proximity to the theme parks. Perfect after a long day at Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and the checkout was at 12:00 which was great for us. The gas station was right next door which was handy. The location, close to the convention center, restaurants, etc. it was clean, spacious. Super nice guy in the office when we checked in. Great price compared to places in the near area. I stay at this hotel every time I come into town, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and its close to shopping, food, Disneyland, its a great place to stay. Pool was clean Refridgorator and microwave in the room was a plus. Close to Angels stadium ;) There was an issue with our bill but front desk took care of it when we arrived. Very neat & clean. Helpful staff. Breakfast was fine with fruit included. We had a frig and microwave in the room so when we wanted cereal we just had it in the room. It was a good place to stay if you're going there to just sleep...very close to gas...places to eat.....it was about 1/2 a mile from Disneyland so it's walkable . i enjoyed the convenience of having a microwave and mini fridge... Very good price and clean plenty of space and the bathrooms were clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are firm and the comforter was soft and fluffy. Lighting was good. Location was very nice. Conveniently close to Disneyland, room was tidy, shower was great, staff is very friendly. Air conditioning was pretty good as well. nice, clean and big room. good location for disney or angels stadium. staff is very friendly and helped me out printing my tickets. Close to our convention. The staff was excellent. Rooms need updating and although there were the basic facilities, microwave, safe, fridge, tv, they were old, all in working order however. Room we were changed to, was next to the check in desk, and in the middle of the night we were often disturbed by people arriving. AVOID ROOM 101. Breakfast was very simple, toast, muffins or banana's, but for such a cheap rate it was OK. Our room had popcorn on the floor prior to our arrival and we stayed 2 nights and it was not vacuumed up, so not sure if rooms are vacuumed very often? But it did appear clean otherwise. Our bathroom towel holder fell off and the towel fell in the toilet.... But overall, for the price it was OK and I'd stay there again. After all we spend all out time at the parks!. Parking. Not easy to find a parking place at night. The only bad was the beds were terrible, very uncomfortable and one of them actually sunk in really bad in the middle. nothing. The breakfast was horrible...not much to offer....the coffee tasted awful.... It needs a little more curve appeal. The inside for both lobby and rooms it's very nice but the outside looks outdated. It could use some plants and or bright paint. We asked for two extra pillows and they did not have any. Two wash basins in the sink area would make the room much nicer. I needed a hook in the bath room to hang my clothes on. However, the appliances are very old and the fridge made a lot of noise that was tough to sleep with. Worse, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable (bed mattress too soft, so created a slant). the wifi in the corner room was a bit weak. Was very under staffed. Ask them to put do not disturb signs and staff said couldn't only person there. Asked about the breakfast and had to wait because she only person. Free breakfast was really bad, didn't even eat. Went to check out still only one staff had to wait there why she ran and checked my room and another. NEEDS TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE STAFF ON AT A TIME. The first day had no HOT WATER. for the whole hotel. There was sometimes a problem with door cards working. Doesnt have shuttle to disney land resort.. N/A. I didn't like the idea when I got my hotel reservation it said that our breakfast was included and to be realistic the have just juices and simple bread for breakfast and for us that's not a breakfast we expected more food, also the internet was kind difficult to connect to. Breakfast was a let down need to add a few things other than toast and mini muffins. sink wouldnt drain. When my grand daughter would go barefoot on the carpet, the bottoms of her feet got very dirty. I think cleaning the carpets may help. parking quite full - had to park one night on the street. They do not give extra pillows so I had to use a blanket for my leg. The tv didn't have a sleep button so we had to leave it on all night. Parking is small limited if you come during a holiday weekend. Continental toast and juice from 7 to 9. Stained sheets. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No continental breakfast as advertised. No elevator. Guy on late night shift was not that pleasant on the phone. Should have corresponding parking in front of assigned rooms...had to park in inconvenient parking spots a couple times nowhere close to my room due to cars that probably didn't even belong there... Strong smell of the room coverage that needs replacement. Not enough sexy cleaning ladies. pillow case had blood stain. dirty towels internet keept cutting out and very slow. Breakfast. Mold in caulking around shower and dirty shower curtain. No cereal or oatmeal on breakfast. out dated... need re-model. The wi-fi was going off a lot a/c was no noisy. Internet connection is not good. When I had a shower the water was cold most of the time and the phone didn't work. Dead bolt was not working properly and the drain in the bathroom wasn't draining. We stayed here last year at the same time and the room had gone up $20 a night for the same quality.
