  Staff and facilities were mixed. The evening staff didn't tell us that the sixth floor was under construction and that the flooring was missing in the hallways. We had a moment of concern when we stepped off the elevator. The room though, especially the new bath remodel was excellent. Good for that. Room , understandably "under renovation" but had odd sliding door to BR and the shower head connection to wall sprayed water all over above the shower doors onto the floor! Also as member of priority club should have had free water at check in. But no worries. It served the purpose.

The room had wonderful lighting for reading, lots of electrical outlets, and a nice computer d - I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn before. Even though I had to cancel my last planned stay I will rebook it for sure as soon as I can. I found my room very comfortable and clean. A clean room is the most important thing for me. I also like the furnishings and found the bed to be very comfortable. Will stay there again when in the area. And the gentleman I spoke to when I had to cancel (due to death in family) was so courteous on the phone. So far so good! I will return.

  Very comfortable and had everything we needed. They don't offer a shuttle to the airport, but they called a cab - though it was more expensive than the guy from the reception told us (he said they have a us$ 8 flat rate and we had to pay us$ 10), we didn't have to worry about anything and the staff was friendly. Very good value for a basic in/out room, The parking lot and general facility were free of trash and there was a security guard on duty.

  Thanks so very much, it is so awesome, our guest from Hawaii was so happy for having them staying in the Red Lion Hotel. Very big rooms, and they were amazing when we open their room first. The Rev. Elder said, oh, it's so enormous. Then I told him, well that is what it is here in SeaTac.   The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A call before we boarded and they immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for - Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.

  We love this hotel! So convenient, right next to the airport. Not having to deal with unpredictable traffic when catching a flight out. Hotel shuttle is so convenient! Landed at 10pm and called the hotel at the courtesy phone, they personally made a trip to pick us up at the airport! Told us where to stand and wait! I extended my check-out time due to a later flight, and I spent time in the lobby lounge, which was so pleasant. The shuttle driver and service was also excellent.

  SeaTac Travelodge is conveniently located close to SeaTac airport but you hardly hear the planes. The check in and out service was quick and easy. One of the channels on TV allowed you to watch live feed from all the security cameras. The beds were comfy. There was a Wendy's across the street and grocery story a couple blocks down. We liked the motel, room, and price, it's just the questionable neighborhood that makes us hesitant about going back. - Friendly and helpful staff. Very well located, walking distance from airport car rental centre and light rail, busses galore in main rd. Near Safeway other shops and take out foods. The airport shuttle also drops you at the car rental centre which is near the motel and not located at the airport itself.
