  The room was spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and of tremendously high value for the location. The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating.   The shuttle picked me up from the airport quickly. The room is big enough with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Located close to shops and public transportation. Stuff is friendly. Good value for money. - Staff in my opinion are overworked only an elderly lady and another elderly man.   Staff was very accommodating and efficient. No hassles with check in and check out. Hotel was budget-friendly, compared to hotels in NYC. It was hust a 10-min walk to the bus station, and a 15-min ride to NYC. - The staff were very friendly, but they have charged me twice????
