  I had a horrendous day prior to my arrival. The clerk that checked me in, totally reversed the whole day! That young man was so professional, yet warm and welcoming. This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.
