The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the
Mall of America couldn't be better.
We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

The place was clean and staff was friendly, although several looked a
little unkempt in their work clothes... I needed to use a meeting room,
which was totally off the cuff and unplanned. The staff allowed me to
use a room that had already been used without my having to beg. On St.

We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! With all the hotel choices in the area, I did not want to pick a bad one for the family. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average. Will gladly stay again next year.

I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near
the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport
and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the
agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your
staff was great at resolving the problem -

Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all.
