  We liked the hotel. It was in a good location if you are visiting the city. The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had a problem with checkin. Our reservation was for a double room away from the elevator with a river view. They only had two rooms left and they were by the elevator. The staff were congenial and respectful, appearing very invested in meeting our needs. We loved the attention to details such as, the lovely aroma that enveloped us when we walked into the lobby. Our comfortable room on the 21st floor, gave us a view of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, State Street and nearby skyscrapers. We would definitely stay there again.

  We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome! They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. But they put us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a suite the second night. At my arrival by cab, I was greeted with such a beautiful smile by the concierge boy /porter, which already gave the ton of the welcoming professional and friendly staff I was about to get for my stay at Felix.
