We were there for a night after arriving on a long flight from Australia - I was sooo relieved when we got to the hotel at 9 am and they let us check in as we were completely exhausted!! - Hotel staff made us feel special. Although this is a classical airport hotel, it is a good hub to visit LA, Hollywood, Universal and Disney. The drive is compensated by the fact that the Hotel is less expensive than the hotels in the city center.

The rooms are rely nice, I'd say better then in Sheraton near by.
But the same stuff: no sleepers and bath-ropes, no safe. Rooms are clean
and big, parking is three times cheaper, about $11. Stuff is great and
sweet. Sorry could't say anything without comparing to Sheraton…coz
we went to Crowne just becouse rudeness of the stuff at Sheraton's
desk. Besides, bath stuff was really nice.

This is a fun hotel. There was a happy hour with a free drink and chips, which encouraged socialising among the guests. I loved the layout and design of the lobby. I liked how cleaned and comfortable the room felt and was. I liked how everything was a reach away and how everything you could think of was in the room. I loved that there was a convenience store and restaurant around the corner. Also, I thought it was a nice touch with the gift bag at check-in.
