  The connoisseur was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The folks at the front desk and valet parking were also very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our tv and it was resolved within 30 minutes. Great customer service. - Heated pool. Enjoyed having drinks at the lobby bar with the friendly bartenders.
