Brilliant, friendly & helpfull staff. It's right on the famous
boardwalk next to plenty of restaurants & a small convenience store.
It's secure, with a good safety deposit box in the room & I felt
safe despite the colour characters going in & out at night. My room
was also impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel. -
The staff at this hotel were sensational! We got to check-in early, had our bags carried up 3 flights of stairs (because the elevator was on the fritz) and got to check-out late so we could sleep off our jet-lag. Plus they have one of the best lobby spaces I've ever seen and there's rooftop access to watch the sunset over Venice.

It is true to say that all the staff was very helpful gentle and polite but a very special thanks goes to jacinto extremely caring helpful and totally smart member of te staff.
