  great location, right next to upmarket shopping mall with grocery store and good restaurants. Room was well appointed, bed was extremely comfortable. The little balcony was nice, through not much of a view. Didn't go to the restaurants / pool, but ordered room service once - prompt service and way more food than I could digest. Location is excellent and safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.
