  The service was impeccable. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with any request. Early checkin and late checkout request was accomodated with ease which was important as we had flown in from Australia. Rooms were elegant and clean and fresh fruit in the room each day was a lovely touch.   The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the man in the little convenience shop - he was wonderful. The Hotel is not situated in the heart of Hollywood and is not the best area, but we found it safe and easy to catch public transport into Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Beach. - central location
