  The front dest personnel where very curtious and professional. They were always in good spirits and helpful. The rooms were well kept and clean. Excellent customer service. - bed was awesomely comfortable, breakfast in morning was good, staff was very friendly - we like this chain of hotels (choice hotels)

  Have stayed at few different local Hotels and Motels. Will like to return to this one on next trip. It has comfortable rooms, larger TV set, very nice and large Fitness room near the Indoor Pool. Good breakfast and for me a good surprise dinner and desert - at no extra charge. Wi-Fi was free too. Extremely clean and comfortable room with desk, refrigerator, microwave, couch, big screen TV, fully stocked bathroom. Many restaurants and stores in area.Nice continental breakfast was served. Indoor pool was very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this Regency Hotel!!!

  This was a great choice when visiting Amherst. It is only 20 minutes away, and easy to get on and off the highway. - The hotel and bars/restaurants in side were excellent. Champions was great on game days.
