I really like the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do not do this! Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking.

The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.
