The pool area was fab, plus had a separate toddler area and play park. In toddler area they also had toddler toilets which were furnished to a high standard. Cannot fault the staff. There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

Exceptional experience!
1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms!
2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable.
3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail

Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel
