  I was very comfortable with this hotel; It has a wonderful service, luxury rooms, along with an amazing view of Dubai. I enjoyed my stay there, it was like paying less for more value, it was a unique experience which can make tourists enjoy their travel.   I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Service, cleanliness etc.. are all very good. I've stayed in this hotel many times from the time it had intial - Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Let me inform the readers th - I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.
