  Luxurious hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Lovely view from our mansion - block 9. Balcony with proper seating is such a plus. Gardens are immaculate. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)

  Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. Nice clubs in hotel. Rooms are clean, but sink water can be so hot it could almost burn you, but shower would not even get warm. I would go back to hotel just to see her again!! - Room w/balcony , location was great, both room service and the adult beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.
