  THe desk staff were excellent. We arrived very early in the morning and they were very pleasant and helpful. As we hadn't booked our room until later that day 2pm we left our bags stored with the hotel and walked through the souks to the creek, crossed over in a small boat and went to the beach using a bus.   Overall very comfortable stay in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious and relaxing. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Excellent place to stay with family and short commute by taxi to main attractions - The Hotel was nice and the room was excellent. I really enjoyed the comfort. Close to the Dubai mall.

  sijainti ok - I read a lot of mixed comments about this hotel before booking.. However I went ahead with the booking because of its overall good rating & reasonable price.. This hotel did meet my expectations.. I stayed there for 5days/5nights in a studio apartment with a 1yr old baby. It did have all t - We spent 15 days in this hotel. Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price. Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free. Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there. Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate). No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close. Taxis are
