  The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Rooms were beautifully appointed with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk.   I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size.   Very clean room. Bed is the most comfortable bed I have tried at a hotel In room facilities and staff attitude are A+. Only 10 minutes away to/from DXB and to the essential shopping centres. Close enough to metro and airport. Lovely pool area and breakfast restaurant has such an amazing variety of great food...it's making me hungry just thinking about it!! Will definitely recommend and stay here on my next trip thru Dubai.
