We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.   We could have breakfast at The Terrace restaurant in the Arabic part of the restaurant, which was great at this time of year because they had the windows open. Very nice breakfast. And there wasn't any smell of petrol as there's no road close to the hotel on the seaside. - I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was
