  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  The cleanliness of the room. The fruit basket was nice on arrival. - The Hallmark is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. However, the price is a bit steep.

Customer relations manageress was great (and gorgeous!!!!)

  Al Harma is a very new hotel. It is very close to the clocktower roundabout. It is very close to the airport. It is also very close to teh metro system (Al Rigga station) and close to several restaurants and shops. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast offers a wide choice. We will definitely stay here again and again. Non smoking and non alchoholic a definite plus. Comfortable rooms esp bed. Restuarant staff were very helpful arranging early breakfast. The best we've experienced in dubai thus far.
