  I loved everything about the hotel especially their receptionist name Sheela! I was 90% sure I was going to pick this hotel from the others I had in mind. But when I saw her it was love at first sight! So I had to pick the hotel! During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not. I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all).   Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Would stay there the next time - Good location, Metro station nearby.   I thought the hotel was spot on, the staff could not do enough for us. The pool was great on the roof giving both welcome comfort to the heat but some good views as well. The hotel operated a courtesy bus so you could get to the beach or mall.
