I have stayed at the Chelsea Plaza Hotel in Dubai numerous times and it is my hotel of choice in Dubai. The value for money is terrific and the staff reflect great credit on the Dubai hotel industry. Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
