I liked the location of the hotel, It was a perfect location. Near it is the metro station and Dubai Mall, not only that, but there are a couple of coffee shops in the same building! like tim hortons and star bucks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of

This is the perfect oasis away from the high rise buildings of Dubai. The hotel is calm, quiet and well laid out. Staff are efficient and extremely attentive without being in the way.
Close to the airport but no discernable aircraft noise and you can reach most Dubai attractions within 30 mins - taxis are plentiful and pretty cheap.

Beautiful, luxurious, very helpful staff. I loved being close to City Centre and a metro (I often just did the 15 minute walk, as I liked going through the golf course area with birds). Again, extremely gracious staff - high marks to my room service deliverer, the ladies at the front desk, my server at Traiteur, and the gentlemen out front. High marks, all!

We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there.
