The pool on the roof has no complaints. They'll generally do anything they can within reason to help you out without charging you massively for it.   All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The fact it was an apartment rather than a hotel room ( and for very little more than where I had originally planned on staying) was a pleasant surprise. We arrived really early in the moring and had booked just one night, we should have booked for 2 nights but the manager allowed us into the room early and didn't charge us for early occupation.
