  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great.   In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous.   I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size.
