We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. Service at the front desk and guest service was excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly, and always available to help us with informations of interest places and how to get there. I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.
