  you know with all those reviews i have read, i really got scared with their negative feedbackabout the hotel. was thinking if we need to cancel our reservation or not. just the same, we proceeded.i wonder where all those horrible feedback came. it was totally the opposite.   From the moment we stepped out of the car when we arrived the staff were friendly & welcoming. Each day of our 5 day stay, they all greeted us with smiles and called us by name.
