  Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me very well and they do their best to look after every guest. This was an excelent experience of staying in this hotel and woudl like to stay back again in the same if i will be in Kharkiv. - The way a hotel should be ,thank you Kalyna.!!!!!
