The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. It was a quiet, low traffic street. I could walk to most places of interest. For example, the opera house and Irish Pub were only 2 blocks away.

The ladies at reception were very good. The Spa facility was excellent. The ladies at the reception at the Spa, especially Val (I think that is her name) were very good.
