  The hotel was very clean and the courtyard was beautiful. The restaurant associated with the hotel offered a great breakfast. Lunch and dinner menus were extremely good as was the beer and staff. The hot water did not work, and the front desk had a repairman there in under ten minutes. A mark of an excellent hotel. He had it fixed in another ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ten minutes. The takeaway is not that the hot water at first did not work, but that the staff got it fixed quickly. The mark of a well trained staff - Tidy spacious rooms, friendly & helpful staff, good location, good price to quality ratio, very good breakfast..will stay again...recommended!

  I stayed in this hotels one night as had stoppover in Odessa.The hotel location is petfect as it in city center 2 minutes walking to the shops,cafes and restaurants. It near famouce opera theatre and primorskiy bulvar. Breakfast is open buffet is very tasty.The staff is very helpful and attentive.It was - The staff was very helpful, friendly, and could converse in English. The hotel had WiFi and business facilities. The location was close to restaurants, site seeing and night life. It was a quiet, low traffic street. I could walk to most places of interest. For example, the opera house and Irish Pub were only 2 blocks away.

  The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities within the hotel were 1st class. The pool area was lovely and spacious. I used the gym which was well equipped. The private beach was 5 minutes walk from the hotel and very nice. The lovely was set in lovely grounds and security was very good. Don't be put off if you don't know any Russian I got by for 5 days with little or no understanding of the language. - excellent staff, high quality medical assistance, excellent cuisine; no queuing, no waiting in SPA and pool; although the hotel was booked full it was very quiet.
