Excellent location for business or leisure travel. Don't get spooked by residential looking neighborhood when you pull up in the taxi. This is a very upscale area of Arcadia with million dollar homes all around and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate just around the corner from the apartments. You can easily walk to sea shore and have inexpensive meal sea side, jog, walk or hit one of the many clubs. Less than half a block walk to a small market for your essentials, or one big block walk to large .

We booked a superior appartment and this was also very large. - Kitchen/bath/bed... are also superb - supermarket is 80 meters away and a very good japanese restaurant (Rocca) is about 1 Km away -- take a walk for 10-15 minutes. Quiet, staff very helpful. Resolved any problems quickly. Ordered taxi etc. Facilities very good. Local stores and beach close. Bus direct to town only 2.5UAH..little crowded but to main tourist area. Best place to stay to get to both city and beach area. Excellent accommodation with a very friendly and helpful staff. Had a rental car with gps so getting to the city center was a 20-30 minute drive. Public transportation is available within 500 meters O.f apartment. This was my second stay in Alexandrina. Again it was clean, silent, comfort and budget friendly. The staff named Nina was very kind. The apartment was recently builted so everything was in blameless. No noices or anything else which would ruin your receison. Amazing place! Very modern and clean. Close walk to store and Arcadia Beach. Full kitchen for cooking. Very spacious. Very nice design, 15 minutes walking till Arkadia area close to seaside. Rather safe place and comfortable. Very nice and comfortable apartments, close to the beach, and very friendly staff. Excellent for a family. Oven. Kitchen . Aroma shampoo. Doors. Close to the Beach. - Safe and Secure - Clean and luxury. my home. my home. my home. modern building, clean rooms, very close to arcadia beaches. One small complaint was no telephone. With the advent of VoIP phone service and since they already have high speed WiFi, why not offer a VoIP room phone so guests can call home, check voice mail etc. for free using Magic Jack, Skype, Vonage or similar service?. - you are outside of the center of odessa. very little , TV could have more English ...but did not really matter. it would be better to have a second TV on the saloon(kitchen). The dishes were not washed properly, first you had to wash every plate or mug if you would like to use those. And dirty knives has just left middle of clean ones. Staff should check after every customer the dishes... Internet was spotty. Actually, would be very nice if they provide simple breakfast. And change towels more often. Cheap laminate floors. Weak windows curtains. - No sign at the entrance - Just one staff is English speaking. in the room, air conditioner was not working properly, door of bathroom was stuck many times.
