  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... mitä ihmiset sanovat » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Well silenced, air condidioned rooms with comfy beds allows to feel relaxed at all times.   Hotel has the best views of Lviv, right next to Ivan Franko Park, request a room on one of the Upper Floors to ensure you get the best view. The Premier Rooms are very modern and the bed was comfortable, reception staff are friendly and hotel has an excellent bar on the 2nd floor which operates 24 hours and the Panorama Bar of course, in the lobby... mitä ihmiset sanovat » is also a bureau de change and a Thai Massage place. Rooms are reasonably priced and I would recommend it to other travellers to Lviv. - We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

  I was in Ukraine, Turkey, and Greece for six weeks. The Eurohotel was, considering all issues, the nicest, most professional, best interior finished, nicest room details, etc., of any hotel I stayed in. Best thing is the bar/restaurant in the hotel, open 24 hours! We arrived around 11 pm and it was so convenient to eat right away. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
