  Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. - The hotel was very clean and everything was first class.   We arrived after an overnight train journey and were allowed to check in at 7am in the morning - bliss. Fabulous room with lots of space, great shower and a view over the town square. Great breakfast sitting out on the veranda and a good location at the centre of Lviv. Booked our train tickets through the hotel - very patient and helpful service. - Very close to center of the city. A bit "grandeur" of the past Very friendly staff: they even offered us a breakfast-package when we left at 5 o' clock AM.

  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.
