Services offered and provided: welcome by e-mail + continuous communication before and during stay, instructions and advises given at arrival, proposals for pick-up (even very late arrival), communication in English. Studio situated in a quiet area, not directly on the main street, well equiped for a short stay, efficient and working wi-fi, satellite, TV, etc.
Although we had booked the cheapest studio (Lesi Ukrainiky), it tirned out an ideal size flat, cozy but with enough space.
Situated in residential building within an average but nice neighborhood, so you get a real good idea about life in Kiev.
Staff were quite obliging and flexible.

Everything could be better but it would become luxus and would loose attractiveness of price/quality.
The kitchen area saw a familiy of 'bugs' visiting every night around seven. But no drama really.
