I loved the central location of this nice cozy hotel downtown. Appreciated attentiveness of the staff and most of all their diplomacy in handling a confusion that occurred during hotel booking. Nice and pleasant service during breakfast. Shift manager Artem did his best in addressing my needs. My check-out was around 6.30 am, before breakfast time
