The proprietor Steve is a terrific host who will go out of his way to make you a welcome guest, and your stay an enjoyable one. The room was spotlessly clean and the property secure. Can't recommend highly enough. A pleasure. Very comfortable guest house which was very welcoming and great value for money. With excellent standard of rooms and cleanliness.Was fantastic! Couldn't fault a thing! Will be re-visiting next time we are in York!.
