We had a lovely friendly stay in homely surroundings with fabulous breakfasts. We were also given much information in relation to places to visit which was very helpful for our first visit to the lakes. The Mews is very well placed for accessing trains and buses as well as a lovely walk to the lakeside. Throughly recommended.
We appreciate host's hospitality and had a wonderful time in The Mews. The meal is nice and the room is clean with privacy.
Last but not least, the host provided very good advice on footpath in Windermere and so we didn't miss any attractive place in Lake District.kaikki arvostelut »
A marvellous place, friendly hosts, everything though of, very personalised, extremely comfortable with separate sitting room, wealth of local information provided re trips by foot, car, bus. Close to transport, shops and dining. Highly recommended.
Warm welcome,every need thought of from fresh flowers in room to maps and printed walking routes,spotlessly clean,breakfast fit for a king ,Didn t eat again till evening ,! Our own separate lounge,relaxing.
Convenient to much of The Lakes District and within easy walking distance to the centre of the village. The accommodation was private and comfortable. Parking space available.
The hosts were very helpful,knowledgable, one to one secrvice, facilities available were great, everything was thought of.

honestly could not find a fault such a pleasure to find a B&B that has got it just right.
Rooms were stuffy but was remedied easily by opening windows and letting in some fresh air. Restricted breakfast times - not before 8.30 am was a bit of a let down.
