The bright rooms at The Sailor’s Return all feature a DVD player and tea/coffee facilities for guests to relax with. All rooms have towels provided, and some include an en suite bathroom. Guests can make use of a private entrance to the rooms after the pub is closed.
Breakfasts are served each morning from 06:30.
Weymouth Harbour is home to July’s annual Dorset Seafood Festival, and guests can also arrange fishing trips and boat rides at the harbour. The 17th-century waterfront area also features many unique shops and restaurants.

Staff were extremely hard working and friendly,and the Pub itself has a great atmosphere,I especially liked the Filk Music night,which I understand is a regular event,I have never heard or seen anything like it outside of Ireland,real traditional talent.The bar is well kept,and stocked.Breakfast is delicious.Do not think that staying at a pub would keep you awake at night,the rooms are pretty much soundproof from any music,and anyway,it's worth listening to anyway.I took my Dog with me,and the . kaikki arvostelut »
Lovely friendly staff (Vicky and Natasha), made myself and my two young children feel very welcome. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable with great view of harbour. They even gave us a one day car parking permit so that I didn't have to carry our bags too far and gave us lots of advice on where to go and what to do! We had a great time.
Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly, the beer is great, and although we all over slept (because of the great beer) and missed the last breakfast slot, we were still allowed a lovely breakfast without any fuss.

breakfast shift was very cheery,made first thing in the morning good and
the food was excellent.Ideally situated for town and on the waterfront.
All the staff were superb, very friendly & helpful. Rooms can be noisy when live music is on, so best just to stay in the bar & enjoy it. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.
Very friendly service -nice people, well kept beer, and clean rooms, towels. Great tasty breakfasts and good coffee. Great entertainment, & fantastic location right on the quay.
The staff couldn't do enough to help us very friendly an fun pub to stay in. This pub is also very dog friendly our seven month old cocker spaniel was made to feel very welcome.
The pub was "dog friendly" and that is why we stayed there. The staff were excellent with our dog and very attentive to us also.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The location could not be bettered for chartered boat use being right on the quayside . Big early breakfast available from 6.30 am. Nice evening strolling around Weymouth. The pub is very your old. MIND your head !!!.

We know Weymouth well and the location is fantastic but the accomodation was dirty and uncomfortable. Luckily it was only for one night to attend a funeral otherwise we would not have stayed.

Everything was perfect.
Only minor niggle is that it's probably not really suitable for young families, as rooms are above a very popular pub and music went on until very late. We decided to risk it anyway as booked quite late. Would be fine for couples and families with older children though.
They need to get a grip of housekeeping as we didn't have a towel
change or linen change during the stay,and had to ask to have the bins
emptied.The stair case needs a handrail up the right hand side urgently
for those not too mobile.
Can get noisy outside, traffic noise. No pub food -though they did offer to get fish & chips in!.
The room could have done with a long mirror and a wardrobe.

room 3 needed a lot of attention,we walked in to a musky smell , no remote for telly so took ages to find channel.room needed a lot of updating. bathroom needed updating as well, shortage of toilet-rolls as well. saying all this we were shown onsuite bedrooms which had been updated so we woud stay there again, but only to be able to get one of these onsuites.

Seagulls and street sweepers and early risers all start around 5am.

The pub was friendly but tatty and the room was dirty, work unfinished and very noisy. The facilities were very basic and in need of cleaning and decorating. As I said, we only had to stay one night otherwise we would not of checked in. Far too expensive for the standard of accomodation.
very scruffy and grubby room. loud music till late most nights, no ventilation in en suite. no wardrobe or long mirror and no food served in pub, just the breakfast.
Insufficient parking, first come first served basis not clear when booking although when pressed the manager found and paid for space down the road.
No food available in the evening.
No Wifi in the room I stayed although web site states available throughout. Shared bathroom although website booking showed on suite as apparently some rooms are with facilities but not all so be sure to clarify before booking to avoid disappointment.
Very loud music till 1:30am then very noisy in morning from 5:30am when bar reopened!.
