Friendly staff, clean, comfortable, only had breakfast next door in the Beefeater but it was lovely food and lots of choice, short drive to sea front and if you don't want to drive there is a bus at the top of the road and there is going to be a sainsburys there soon too, we were out the back of the hotel overlooking the car park but in the distance you could see the sea - lovely x x. Very clean surroundings, helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble for them. The bedroom was impeccable and the bed comfortable. Dinner was good and the breakfast certainly set you up for the day.Well done to all involved in the running of the hotel and good luck for the future and thank you all for a most enjoyable stay.

Couple of days before we stayed at very posh hotel near Lego land and I must say we all preferred the premier. Extremely pleasant & helpful staff. Pristine en suite. Comfortable bed. Air con & sound proof room. Breakfast was delicious & served promptly. Suited our purpose, which was an overnight stop before catching the ferry to Jersey.. - Very clean and modern - Room spotless and very comfortable - Welcoming and attentive staff - Ideal for a family of four - Friendly team at Breakfast in the adjoinging Beefeater restaurant. Very good new Premier Inn. Beefeater - good evening meal and great breakfast without the smell of stale beer from the previous night. Would definitely return. First experience of Premier Inn, large room and new facilities. Breakfast freshly cooked to order, very good value for money. Super friendly reception staff. Very professional and helpful. No reflection on the hotel but with what looks like a lot of new infastructure going on and my sat-nav not being the most up to date it had me going round in circle's, plus when I arrived it was rush hour and raining but after a brew and a bit of a rest every thing went brilliant. Didn't realise that it was not in walking distance to the beach, otherwise cannot fault it. - Rather expensive (£91) for a Premier Inn (a long way off the £29 we're forever promised!) - Adjoining Beefeater restaurant seemed a cold, heartless place at first, with no cask ales (only the "fizzy drinks" machine!) and no snacks (eg crisps, nuts, etc - whilst you wait for your food order to be taken and your meal cooked) However, when the food came, it was nicely prepared and served. Location was too far from centre, needed taxis or Park & Ride. Good do with more supplies tea / sugar etc. Towels were not new and were slightly thinned and not good quality. An armchair in the room would have been much better than having to sit on the bed. My daughter's put up bed was too hard and she couldn't sleep in it. The staff did everything they could to make it softer by putting on duvets on top, helped. Our bed although lovely and large was too hard for my poorly back, didn't sleep very well. Pillows however were lovely. The booking system did not cover the double occupancy and thus we had to pay extra for the 2no breakfasts of the adults in the rooms. Would have been nice to sit in a lounge to read paper and meet other guests. None. I ordered a cot online but unfortunately we didn't receive on in our room. We came with our young daughter so should have booked the other Premier Inn with the play area as we ended up walking there (and getting lost in the rain) anyway. windows do not open, air con temp only went down to 19 c, still very warm in room. Everything was perfect we couldn't fault it. Nothing really Only I think if breakfast are available in rooms it would be nice. nothing. 30 minute poor free wifi.......... No shaver point in bathroom. Nothing. That there was no toilet in reception for the children to use while waiting to check it The price .. PI advertise £29 but its never that price .. Expensive for what it is and it was out of season. it was being built up and a round still. £89. Not being able to open the windows!. Nothing. Room had window with no opener, sticker said use air condition to cool or heat room. Ok if you want a fan on all night. Got on my nerves about 2.30 sat night. All room's the same Couldn't get meal at night as fully booked.( my fault, didn't book). It was far too hot , and I have never stayed in a hotel where you are unable to open the window in your room we had air conditioning in the room and had it on the coldest setting but it didn't seem to work during the night and only came to life in the morning !!. tv too small, lol should include breakfast. Only one lot of tea/coffee facilities. The coffee we had on arrival meant no beverage in the morning. Fire alarms and full evacuation at 5am.
